Fabrication and study of (p-Si/CdTe/V2O5/SnO2) solar cell

چکیده
This article discusses a simple vacuum evaporation technique for deposition of CdTe thin films with different thicknesses (100, 200, 300, 400, and 500) nm on P-type silicon substrates. Then, V2O5 SnO2 were deposited as buffer layer window thickness 100 respectively, using the same technique. In addition, other samples these have been glass substrate purpose studying optical transmission their properties. X-ray diffraction (HR-XRD) was used to characterize crystalline structures. The aim this work is investigate effects optical, Structural electrical potential CdTe/V2O5/SnO2 applications in solar cells. results show that CdTe-deposited can enhance performance. efficiency improved by increasing films, at 500 it reached (3.3%), Voc (0.382 Volt).
